Any trademarks/names featured on the Website are owned by the respective trademark owners. 

    Ethical sourcing policy 

    As a reputable and trusted business committed to offering its customers high quality products, we recognize our obligation to ensure that all Partners and other suppliers are operating ethically. We expect all Partners and other suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees' health and safety and basic human rights. All Partners and other suppliers are expected to comply with their national employment laws and regulations with particular regard to: minimum age of employment, freely chosen employment, health and safety, freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, no discrimination, no harsh or inhumane treatment, working hours, rates of pay and terms of employment. We will never knowingly allow a Partner to offer its products on the Website if such products are sourced from countries which are in breach of these principles. 

    We also look to the Partners and other suppliers to instill these principles when dealing with their own supplier base. Because of the sometimes-complex nature of the Partners and other suppliers' supply chain, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of each individual involved in the production of the products. However, as we continue to grow, we recognize the importance of being proactive and doing everything within our power to support the rights of those involved in the manufacture of the products.

    Damaged / Defective items: 

    We're very sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective. You can make a claim for the item by contacting our customer service. 

    I have received an item I didn't order: 

    We’re sorry if we sent you something you didn't order.

    The wrong item was delivered instead of an item you ordered. Please re-order the item you would like to receive. If you have already paid for it, you will be refunded as soon as we’ve received and processed your return.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    Returns for orders purchased with a gift card: 

    If you return goods that have been purchased with a gift card, the credit will be added to your customer account and you will be able to use it for future orders.

    Late or missing refunds: 

    If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Non-eligible products: 

    Due to hygiene reasons, supplier and store instructions, and for health purposes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, beauty products, perfumes, fragrances and accessories, customized merchandise, diapers, food, milk, electronics, mattresses / furniture / Fitted sheets, masks, car seats, baby strollers, and products marked "non-returnable", "flash sales" and "promotional product cannot be returned" as well as free gifts, cannot be returned or exchanged.

    NOTE THAT:

    To be eligible for a return,

    • your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Your item must be in the original packaging.
    • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your digital wallet to be used in your next shopping experience with StyKey. 

    If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and you will receive the remaining credit within a (certain amount of days according to your bank). 

    Shipping methods:

     

    Standard Shipping: 

    • Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 working days.
    • The shipping fee is an estimation and is accurately calculated depending on the weight of the order upon checkout.
    • Standard shipping method does not include any insurances.
    • Shipping fee cannot be refunded for any reason.
    • In the case of lost or damaged packages as a result of circumstances that are not under our control, no compensation can be done. 

    Express Shipping:  

    • Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 working days.
    • The shipping fee is an estimation and is accurately calculated depending on the weight of the order upon checkout.
    • Shipping fee cannot be refunded for any reason.
    • Express shipping method can include insurance if requested by you.

              o  For orders that are up to 1000 Euros in value, insurance costs 10 Euros

              o  For orders that are above 1000 Euros in value, insurance costs 10% of the total value of the purchased items.

    • Shipping fee cannot be refunded for any reason.
    • In the case of lost or damaged packages as a result of circumstances that are not under our control, insurance will cover expenses partially.
