    Damages, Returns & Refunds

    Damages

    We will work on fixing any defect from our end right away.

    In order to help you promptly, when you receive your cargo, please open & check your shipment before the delivery responsible leaves and do not accept the shipment. If you see any damage in the order you've purchased, please take pictures from different angles and ask the delivery responsible for the damage claim procedures. After that, please email us at info@stykey.com with all the pictures and order details so that we can help you immediately

    We will get back to you as soon as possible. Our team will follow up the return of the item to us, once received and the faulty is confirmed, we will refund you the amount of the faulty items.

     

    Returns & Refunds

    The satisfaction and expectations of our customers are very important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order; We should receive your order in our office within 7 days from express delivery companies (DHL, UPS, Aramex) or 14 days for local post delivery company (PTT) from the date of delivery, provided that it is in its original packaging, unused and labels have not been removed. 

    For exchange or return of a product, you shall arrange to send the product back to our office in Istanbul at your own cost. Stykey.com may at its sole discretion but is not obliged, to advice on a service to use for exchanging or returning products.  

    Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, hygienic products (such as surgical masks), swimwear, and bikinis are the types of products for which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. However, if these products have; 

    • Not been unboxed and protective tapes/wraps have not been removed, 
    • Not been tried on, 
    • Not been used and 
    • Its hygienic structure is still intact

    You will not have the right to return any products that do not meet the health and hygiene conditions. Returns found to be in such a situation will not be accepted.

    Once we receive your returned item we will notify you and start with the Refund Process immediately. However, it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the payment and reflect it into your account.

    For Credit Card Customers, the refund will be transferred directly back to the bank account that was used for purchasing.
